This physique
built my life.

Getting in shape changed more than my body. It changed how I carried myself. The confidence. The attention. The way people started treating me differently. I documented the process. People started watching.

Four years on, I had 860,000 followers, a 6-figure business, and an income built entirely off the back of my physique. My body became my biggest asset.
